exchange active sync error   

Hi,
I'm trying to syncronize my qtek 9100 with my exchange server using usb 
connection.
The device is detected but, when trying to syncronize, active sync keeps 
asking for the password, even if the password is correct and saved on the 
connection settings. I'm an administrator with full rights on this PC and 
domain.
any idea?
