Updated info--
I've found that all my users are getting the 8500014 errors on the
phones. The half that aren't seeing the errors are set to download mail
every 10 minutes, the half that do see the error are set to 'as it
arrives'. WM 5.0 is just rescheduling failed connections in the
background when it is set download every 10 minutes so the errors never
show up on the screens. Just in the ctrl log file.
