Synchronization of Notes when synchronizing directly with Exchange   

I just found out that Notes synchronization is not supported when using 
ActiveSync to synchronize directly with Exchange.

Can anyone recommend any 3rd party for this functionality ?

Try SmartphoneNotes 2.0 by Syncdata: http://www.syncdata.it
It works fine for me... obviously it cannot sync with EAS, you need to 
connect to your mailbox via ActiveSync (cable, Bluetooth or IR...).
