looking for software for management of Windows Mobile 5.0 devices   

Can anyone recomend any software for managing Windows Mobile 5.0 devices?

When I say management I mean things like software deplyoment, remote control 
and configuration, deleting the content of device (including memory cards 
and SIM, not just internal memory)
