Treo 700w and Windows Small Business Server   

Does anyone know the best way to get a Treo 700w to work with Active Sync 
with Small Business Server 2003 and Standard Server and Exchange.

650 works great but 700w will not sync.  I have seen issues with SSL but not 
any real clear solution.  SBS 2003 I thought was designed to make this easy

Please advise any advise
