I am setting up a new Sprint PPC-6700 Pocket PC phone to sync with Exchange (server is 2003 with SP1). I am able to get the device to sync with the Exchange server when it is in the cradle without any problems. When I attempt to sync the device on Sprint's wireless network (not WIFI), I get the error 80072EE2 - "The server could not be reached." For my setup, I am using our OWA server as the server in the format owaserver.mycompany.com (no https:// preceeding the name). I have input my username, password and domain (the domain name is the NETBIOS name of the domain i.e. MYDOMAIN and not mydomain.com). I have talked with our Exchange Admin, and he thinks things are setup properly. I am able to use Internet Explorer on the device and connect to our OWA server and view my email on Sprint's wireless network. I am not sure if the device is even getting to our Exchange server. Does any have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? Some things I have tried include adding the OWA server's certificate to the device. Coding in IP address instead of the name for the OWA server. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, RMac
