Hi all, I was wondering if it was possible to access the additional mailboxes via OMA as in OWA. For example, I connect to my additional "Support" mailbox in OWA with this: https://office.mycompany.com/exchange/support I have already tested the following for OMA: https://office.mycompany.com/oma/support .... but I get a 404 error. I tried connecting to my mailbox via OWA like the way you are typing your Support OWA but I just get the FBA page. I don't know how you're able to access another mailbox by typing in the address like that. Regardless only one account can be configured using EAS on mobile devices. So if you wanted to get the Support mail on a mobile device you would have to POP it. But yes you can get the mail with POP configured properly.
You can only open your own mailbox in OMA.
