support code: 0x85010004- Please Help
I have been testing Exchange 2003 SP2 active sync for a few weeks. I have
not had any problems until I turned on Device Security under Mobile Settings
in ESM. I now cannot synch up with my mailbox. I get the following error:

Your account in Microsoft Exhange Server does not have permissions to sync
with your current settings. Contact your Exchange Server Administrator.

The support code is 0x85010004

There are no referrences to this error once security is turned on. Does
anyone have any suggestions?

thank you

Did you purchase an SSL cert or did you create one? If the
latter, you have to load it on your device since it can't verify
its authenticity from a trusted root.
