Installed Exchange 2003 SP2 and now no mobile devices synch
I just upgraded our Exchange 2003 server from SP1 to SP2 and now none
of our previously working mobile devices synch. There are no errors,
the device just says it's synching and it only has data up to the
server upgrade time. I checked the settings in Exchange and all of the
Mobile Services stuff is still turned on and I checked the individual
users in AD and the settings are still turned on there too. It doesn't
matter if the device is in the cradle or not it doesn't synch and there
are no errors.

Thanks for any help you are able to give.

Re: Installed Exchange 2003 SP2 and now no mobile devices synch
Well, after 3.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft I figured out the
problem and I wanted to post it here in case anyone else ever runs into
this. It turned out that Trend Micro AV was the issue. It is so
tightly integrated with Exchange that you need to remove it before you
install SP2 and then reinstall after. Here are some Microsoft KB
articles the tech referenced in his follow up email 827615, 894065.
