Trying to setup active sync on my new treo 700. I'm getting the error that the certificate is not valid for the server. I'm using my own CA for SSL on my Front End server. I've read a few articles that say I need to install the certificate on my device, but haven't found any instructions on doing so. Is this possible? Thanks, Nate Weldon.
Just hook the device up to the pc. And copy the certificate onto the device. Make sure that you are using the root cert though. And then go into the device's programs menu and select file manager. Find the file and click on it. It should ask to install it. And thats it. Nate wrote: > Trying to setup active sync on my new treo 700. I am having this exact same problem. When I create a certificate and copy it to the device and try to run/install it, I get 'cannot access certificate'.
