Former Goodlink users Activsync won't do AUDT   
On any user who ever had Goodlink setup on their account, The Activesync 
Update on demand feature does not work. It works fine for new users and any 
user who has never been setup on Goodlink. Even after you delete the user 
from Goodlink or use Goodlink's utility to remove the hidden mailbox folders 
it won't generate the SMS e-mail. Does anyone know what hidden setting in the 
user's message store Goodlink could have changes to prevent AUDT from 
working? I would hate to have to re-create everyone's mailbox.

I am currently using GoodLink on one device and ActiveSync with AUTD on 
another device so it should work.

I can't figure out why it's not working for me. The only other strange thing 
is that when you enable "as items arrive" on the device I get a blank e-mail 
in every folder that is setup to sync. I am going to use mdbvue to compare a 
working mailbox with one that is not to see what I can find.
