How Do I Reset The Server Sync Status to Stop Sync_5 Error ?
I've tried everything to resolve the Sync_5 error we're getting on our
Windows Mobile 2003 devices when doing Exchange ActiveSync synchronisation,
and nothing has worked. Up to a few weeks ago everything was fine. I've
tried all recommendations and checked all device, server and NexTags logs, to
no avail. See the following stale posts for details:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync&mid=0298c5c0-a4a4-4736-acda-e70e54b28564

The only option I can see that may be left to me is to somehow reset the
synchronisation status on the Exchange server, again reset the synch status
on all devices and thus have synchronisation performed again fresh from each
Exchange account. However, I don't know if and how you can reset server sync
status. Could someone please tell me ? Note that it is absolutely
imperative that all Exchange mailbox data remains intact.

Thanks.
