I've tried everything to resolve the Sync_5 error we're getting on our Windows Mobile 2003 devices when doing Exchange ActiveSync synchronisation, and nothing has worked. Up to a few weeks ago everything was fine. I've tried all recommendations and checked all device, server and NexTags logs, to no avail. However, I don't know if and how you can reset server sync status. Could someone please tell me ? Note that it is absolutely imperative that all Exchange mailbox data remains intact.
