My client has two domains, one for the city and one for the police department. Exchange 2003 is installed in the city domain and a trust exists between the two domains. (both domains are Windows 2003). Users in the Police domain have matching accounts and exchange mailboxes in the city domain. The problem is that the users in the police domain cannot view each others calendar. The calendar is displayed, but there are no appointments visible. I have reset the views and examined all of the logs without any luck. If I log onto the city domain as one of the police users, I can see appointments in the shared calendar. Not sure where to go with this one. Any ideas? Thanks for listening David
Are you opening the calendar folder or looking at free-busy data? I am opening the calendar folder via the File -> Open -> Other Users Folder. The other calendar opens, but there are no appointments visible. If you cannot see the contents of the Calendar folder then I suggest you are not looking at the same folder. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . We are definitely looking at the same folder. If you would take the time to carefully read my previous post, specifically the part about the trust relationship and how Exchange is configured you might see that this is a fairly unique configuration.
