Outlook 2003
We have Outlook 2003 running from Exchange server 2003. My partner and I
have our own calendar.

However, we realize that we have on both outlooks a public calendar within
the Public folder and both have access to it.

The issue is that we would like for both of us to be able to put certain
appointments on our personal calendar to be able to show up on the public
calendar for certain appointments for both of us.

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question so I also posted
it in the Exchange forum as well.

Your recommendation and help is very much appreciated.

Re: Outlook 2003
Outlook doesn't support this. You can copy the items you want on both,
invite the public folder (needs to be mail-enabled), or use an event sink to
copy the items to the public folder.

As Diane wrote, there's nothing native that will do this. You could look at
Add2Exchange (google it) if this is really important, or, you could grant
each other rights to the respective folders so you can open them up in
Outlook -you can look at two calendars side by side.
