Having a hard time with this one and have not found anything on the web yet. I have a user who has appointments showing in the outlook calendar but when we view her calendar using OWA, some appointments do not show. She is using outlook 2003 SP2 and we are using Exchange 2003 with all the latest patches. -I can create an appointment in OWA and it shows in outlook. -I can create an appointment in outlook and it shows in OWA -I can delete the appointment that is not showing in OWA and recreate it in outlook and it then shows up in OWA. But, I can't do this for every appointment (or at least do not have the time to review every day and every appointment). - Outlook is NOT running in cached mode - I created her profile on a separate PC and see the exact same appointments. Why are some appointments not showing in OWA? I checked all the details and the missing appointments look fine - they are recurring, have start dates, no end date and are not marked private. And I can create the exact same appointment fresh and it will show. Could there be a flag or field that is being set that prevent OWA from seeing the appointment? Or could it be a problem with the way the appointment was created - possibly on a palm before being synced? You would think that the calendars would be the same since outlook and OWA are looking at the exact same database. Oh and to make it even better - I have a colleague who also has an exchange 2003 server and is having the same exact problem with two of his users. Of course neither of us know exactly how many people in our servers are being affected - we have just heard from the ones who have noticed. And as far as I can tell - my calendar is fine. Any ideas of what we can try? Help please. Thanks, Ken Wigle
