1. Can I move my public folders and mailboxes to an Exchange 2003 Standard server and make the SBS server a "front-end" server? 2. If not, can the new Exchange server coexist in the domain with the SBS server happily, assuming all mailboxes and public folders will be on the new server? I would hope to replicate and move all databases then delete those databases from the SBS server. And, what services could I then disable on the SBS server without affecting all the other wizardry therein? 3. If I can make SBS a front-end, where do I put mail processing software like Trend anitspam/antivirus? front end or back end? I would assume it would live on the same server as the actual databases. 4. If I can make SBS a front-end, is there a specific process to ensure OWA remains available? Ditto Activesync.
