We have Exchange 2003 and we are just about to upgrade to Exchange 2007. I want to be able to create a regular email that goes out to everyone in the organisation, but allow them to unsubscribe and for this to automatically mean they don't get any more of that type of email. Ideally, there would also be a means by which they could re-subscribe, although this could be via a manual process triggered by them phoning our helpdesk. However, this doesn't bother me too much. This is entirely within our organisation. All the accounts are within our AD - none of these addresses are external. Is there any way I can do this in Exchange 2007? Thanks in advance Eric
You're looking for listserv/mailing list functionality. It's not available out-of-the-box in Exchange. Third-party solutions (such as Ikakura - http://www.ikakura.com/) are available that work with Exchange. -- Bharat Suneja Microsoft Corporation This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
