exchange 2000 mailbox recipient policy will not delete subfolders
Exchange 2000 mailbox recipient policy will not delete subfolders, the "all
other folders boxed is checked". in the log it sees the folders but will not
delete all of them , it somehow picks and chooses what folders to delete the
info from.
If I have 2 subfolders with 2year old data, my policy is to delete anything
over 30 days. it might delete from one but not the other, it will show in the
log after running that the messages are there but will not delete the
messages in some of the sub folders.

Thanks

Re: exchange 2000 mailbox recipient policy will not delete subfolders
Exchange 2003/2000 will not process items in sub-folders. You need to
specify the sub-folders.

Applying Mailbox Manager policies to a sub-folder

Exchange Server 2007's Managed Folders Assistant processes items in
sub-folders.

Re: exchange 2000 mailbox recipient policy will not delete subfold
It does work on some of the subfolders, just not all of them. the log shows
the subfolder and email within, it just wont delete them. but it will delete
others in subfolders in the same location. not sure how it would pick and
choose.

Thanks
