Administrator Viewing Private Calendar entries   

The owner of our company wants to be able to view calendar entries for 
everyone in the company, even if those entries are marked 'PRIVATE.'

I'm having trouble figuring this out - is there a global way to do this?

I believe granting him/her full mailbox access to all mailboxes will 
accomplish this.
