Can't Reply or Forward Messages in OWA
Hi I wonder if anyone can help with a problem I'm trying to help a colleague
with.
Basically when he's behind a router he can browse the internet fine, log in
to OWA OK using IE 7 or Firefox, but can't reply or forward messages. When
he clicks 'send' it hangs and sits there. This is either wirelessly or
direct to the ethernet port of the router. (We've tried two different 2wire
1800 routers)
When I reconnect his ADSL USB modem it works absolutely fine.
This happens with two different XP laptops (fully patched and up to date,
spyware free).
Also when I take either of the routers back to my house they work fine (even
with the same laptops)
Can anyone suggest anything else to try?
Cheers Alister
