Is it possible to create multiple address books on Exchange?
I'm currently planning a Lotus Notes to Exchange 2007 migration. On Notes we
had multiple address books (eg Sales Contacts, Aftersales Contacts etc) but
cannot see an easy way to recreate this in Exchange. The only way that I can
see of doing this is to add each contact as a Mail Contact and use a custom
field to flag that they should be picked up by a Distribution Group. Is there
a better way to handle this?

Re: Is it possible to create multiple address books on Exchange?
You can create Dist Lists in the GAL as you say, or you can add more Address
Books. By default you get users, contacts and groups already.

Users can only have 1 GAL, you can have multiple ALs. You can have as many
Dist Lists as you want which will be in your GAL and group AL.
