1. using Exchange 2003 should I run the move mailbox wizard on the source server or target server? Does it make any difference? 2. I heard the recommendation not to run mailbox move wizard on a workstation running ESM. Why? Is it because the traffice will go through the workstation instead of directly send/receive between source and traget servers? Thanks.
