I am hoping that someone can help me with this issue. We installed SBS 2003 with Exchange at a Client Site. Everything is working fine, email is being received and sent out without any issues. However there are a few emails that the client is unable to receive from his customers and it is always the same people. I checked the Exchange Message Tracking and there is no evidence of this email. I checked the Event Log for these emails and find them in the Event Log, along with other Spam Email: EventID: 7010 Description: This is an SMTP protocol log for virtual server ID #xxx. The client at "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" sent a "rcpt" command and the SMTP server responded with "550.5.6.1 unable to relay for abc@...". Teh full command send was "rcpt TO: <abc@...". This will probably cause the connection to fail. I checked the Microsoft KB and it talks about disabling the IMF, which was already disabled. Has any else run across this? Does any one have any idea on this? "Baris Ratanjee" wrote: > I am hoping that someone can help me with this issue. We installed > SBS 2003 with Exchange at a Client Site.
