Moving Folders out of Public Folder
How can I move or copy a Public Folder with messages out of Exchange 2003 and
into a Windows 2003 folder? We are a construction company and at the end of
a job the goal is to consolidate all correspondence into one folder and
archive this folder with the ability to reference anything in it.

Re: Moving Folders out of Public Folder
You can export the Public Folder to a PST file then save it to your Windows
2003 folder. You will need Outlook to open the PST file.
