Exchange Relay   
I've read that a relay can be setup for Exchange in general however the info 
I read it did not mention if the relay works for OWA and Outlook Anywhere 
users. Any documentation that you can provide on this would help greately.

OWA and Outlook Anywhere clients do not use SMTP to submit mail - they don't 
need relay permissions.
