open attachtments without downloading
We have design a policy for a taskstation. With that policy you cannot use
the right mouse key in IE.
If someone get a mail with a XLS-attachment, they get a warning that they
first have to download the file with the right mouse key and then open the
file.
If they do that with a Word document, they can open the file without
downloading. Is there an option to open XLS-files directly?

There is always web ready documents

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb852213(EXCHG.80).aspx

If that's not what you want, then look at direct file access settings

With OWA for 2003, it's almost OWA attachment security which. See
