We are trying to send emails from a custom application and also our HP all in one device (M4345) to an external email address. We are receiving an Unable to Relay 550.5.7.1 message, We are able to send to internal addresses from both of these and we are not having any problems sending and receiving from outlook. Can someone guide me to what I need to change to allow these to send to external email addresses. We are using Exchange 2007 SP1 Thank You.
Allow the IP address of the appliance or device to relay at the receive connector. Add the permisson group anonymous and make sure only the specific IPs you want are listed on the network tab.
