Re: Out of Office Reply
Once is the way it works. Check the GUI--it's clearly stated there,
"AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text". And trust me,
that's good. When a user resets his out of office status, it resets the
"send once" so that the next time he's out of office, everyone will get one
reply again.
If you want a reply to all messages, then you can use a rule, but then you'd
have to open automatic replies to the Internet, and that exposes you to the
potential of nasty mail loops that will blow up your store. Plus, I can
assure you that your users' correspondents will be mighty annoyed when they
get an autoreply to every message they send people during their vacation.

Re: Out of Office Reply
If the user is out an entire week, will it still only relpy once to each
sender or does it reset every 24 hours? Also, if an internal user sends a
email to
another internal user with the out of office reply turned on, they are not
getting a response at all. Any ideas?

Does the GUI say anything about 24 hours? No, it says once while out of the
office. When the user clicks off out-of-office, it's reset so that when the
user is again out of office, everyone who sends a message will be notified
just once again.

Internal users should get one notification as well. You can test that by
turning off out of office, then turning it on again and sending that user a
message.
