Please help!! Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: (error)   
Hi all,

I deleted a user from my exchange 2007 setup and when I tried adding
him again, I have ran into all sorts of issues.


My main problem is as follows:
I can't send him any e-mails from internal mailboxes.
The error is as follows:


Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:


Jose Clua
The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-
mail
system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for
you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message,
or provide the following diagnostic text to your system
administrator.

I think you can create the user again then, get the his disconnected mailbox 
and connect it again
this is simple and will solve the problem for the beginning

Hi there,

I have re-created the user many times, re-connected his mail box,
deleted his mail box and created a new one, moved his mail box and
moved it back, still won't work..
I'm thinking it might be because outlook uses cached mailboxes.
Is there a way to cause outlook to clear its cache?
Can I do this via exchange server?

You're sending using a cached entry from the Outlook nickname file, an old 
Outlook Contact, an old Personal Address Book entry, or replying to an old 
message.  Address the message from the address book and see if the problem 
doesn't go away.  If your client is running in cached mode, then make sure 
that it's up to date on the server and your client.
