Address List Report
I am looking for a tool or method to generate a printed (test file) list
of our Exchange Server 2003 SP2 clients. I wish to do this as the user
base cannot access their Global Distribution List nor full-Outlook
client addresses through Outlook Web Access.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Address List Report
Why not fix the GAL issue first? Is this intentonally made inaccessible
(using permissions, etc. - I would doubt that's the case)?

Can new MAPI client profiles be setup without issues? Does the Check Name
button work when setting up Outlook profiles?

In a previous question, another MVP had advised that this disconnect
between Outlook and OWA was a known deficiency. Are you saying there
ARE settings that allow a properly logged-on OWA user to see and use the
domain (Exchange) address book?

Thanks for the prompt initial response.

Re: Address List Report
Reading your original post again - this is about OWA. OWA 2003/2000 clients
cannot see a browsable GAL like Microsoft Outlook clients can. They can,
however, search for users. If you leave the search field blank, it displays
the first X entries (believe the number is 100).

Typing a name in the To/CC/Bcc fields also resolves valid recipients.

Exchange Server 2007 has a browsable GAL.
Exchange Server 2003/2000 users can use third-party add-ins like
MessageWare's PlusPack or OWA Suite.

Added expense, but way more productive than using a print-out, imo.
