User A and User B are both Publishing Editors of root folder. User A creates folder "TestA" and thus is owner. User A & B are also publishing editors of this folder. User B logs in Outlook 2007 and can see folder "Test A". User B cannot delete this folder. I thought publishing editor could delete "any" ??? Whats up with that? "Outlook cannot delete this folder. You may not have appropriate permissions. To check your permissions for the folder, right-click the folder, and then click Propertiies on the shortcut menu. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions"
He should be able to based on his rights on the root folder. -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!" I would think the same. Root folder has both users in a group that has Publishing Editor rights. Thats all the rights on the root folder for these 2. User A creates a folder underneath root folder, and both A & B have publishing editor rights. However user B cannot delete this new folder under root.
