Hi, I have a question regarding a user who for some strange reason cannot send email externally. The rest of our users can but this one cannot. I have checked the SMTP and it is all fine but cannot find the answer. Any idea is appreciated. Thanks, al

Include your version & SP levels of everything, whether this happens in OWA, what you've looked for/looked at so far, etc. Be as complete, but concise, as possible.
