I created a AD U/C account for a new employee, after creation email setup failed. That is what an error box came up with. User can log in to the network, but there are no exchange tabs on the properties account. Can anyone suggest a remedy other than deleting the account and starting from scratch? Using exchange 5.5 and Server 2003 SBS.
Exchange 5.5? It seems like you need to open up the Exchange Admin console and add the account there. Then when it asks, link it to the users AD account.
