You can set the appropriate folder permissions in Outlook. How you do it depends on whether you want everyone to be able to add appointments to it, or just be able to read it. I've set the permissions for Anonymous to reviewer as I want them to only be able to view the calendar. However, when I view the calendar it first asks for a user name and password. Any thoughts "Lee Derbyshire [MVP]" <email a@t leederbyshire d.0.t c.0.m> wrote in message news:OhExsoOkIHA.4076@TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > You can set the appropriate folder permissions in Outlook. That's probably coming from IIS. If you look at the Public VDir in Exchange System Manager, you will probably find that Anonymous Access is not enabled. The main concern is that anyone who knows the URL has read access to the calendar.
