Outlook 2003 SP2 CDO 1.2.1 is Installed Windows XP SP2 I have one user out of many for which the Outlook 2003 security will not appear when using a custom. I have logged on to the very same computer, went through the standard setup for connecting to my mailbox and it worked fine for me. Has anyone ever seen this particular problem or know why one user on the same computer can have it work fine and the other just sits there in limbo? Already switched this user to the same e-mail server my account is on.
