Exchange 2007 Single Domain Controller AD Site
According to the requirements documentation the Active Directory site where
exchange is installed requires a Windows 2003 SP1 Domain controller. My
question is if the exchange server is in a site with a single domain
controller and that domain controller fails will exchange be affected even
if another domain controller is available in another AD site?

Re: Exchange 2007 Single Domain Controller AD Site
Exchange finds GCs in its own site, or any site directly connected with a
site-link.

In this example..

Site w/Exchange & GCs <---Site Link--> Site w/No GCs <----Site Link---> Site
w/GCs

If all of the GCs in the Exchange site failed, you'd be screwed.
