Migration tools   
Hello,

i have exchange 2000, and we want to create a new domain name, and install 
exchange 2003, so how i can take all my users accounts and with there mail 
boxes to the new exchange 2003 server and the DC

Use the Quest migration tools.

Re: Migration tools   
The Quest tools are really good and offer a zero impact migration strategy. 
If you dont have that many mailboxes to migrate and dont need to maintain 
co-existence, take a look at using the Exchange Migration Wizard from 
Microsoft. It's easy to setup and use.
