CCR on exchange 2007
I have two sites connected with xDSL line. 30 user for site.
I have exchange 2003 on a site and I'm designing migration to exchange 2007.
I want to use CCR on mailbox server one for sites
I have same question:
- I have to put a domain controller for site and another exchange server for
sites with hub e client access roles?
- is good the solution with CCR for sites connected with internet (not lan)
?
Thank's

Number of LUNs in 2007
Hello:

I am rolling out a small Exchange 2007 deployment: 120 users. Using the E2k7_Storage_Calculator_ext_v13.0
indicates that I should have three databases with 40 mailboxes each. Additionally,
it recommends a database and Tx log LUN for each of those databases plus
a restore LUN. I have read some of the pros and cons but would welcome some
suggestions.

This will run on a single server with small local drive and attached to an
iSCSI device for db and tx LUNs. This array is 7TB in RAID 50 and is used
by several other servers for a variety of storage needs. My plan was to use
(what I am seeing is) a more traditional 2003 model of apps on the local
drives and then two LUNs on the iSCSI array (one for DB and one for TX logs).
Does this seem appropriate for the 2007 install I've described? If the LUNs
are all sitting on the same array is there still an advantage to using one
each for the db and logs?

Many thanks.

7TB? How many disks? 14 or 28?
Why RAID50 (I assume 5)?
You need to tell us what the iSCSI SAN is that you're planning.
