I recently started in this company. Previously the IT person who created AD with Exchange 2003 has alot of flaws. Is it wise to create a new AD for Exchange 07 and pour all the users into the new domain. Or use the current configuration to install exchange 07.

There's no point throwing the baby out with the bathwater if the AD can be fixed.
