Hello, I have a Standard Exchange Organization. I am upgrading to 2007 from 2003 and have one domain controller used right now. What we are planning is to install another domain controller (redundancy), install a new exchange server 2007 server, install a member server ISA 2006 server. I have read where some people recommend using Exchange server on a member server and others as a domain controller. My question is what is the best practice for setting up Exchange server 2007? Should I make that server domain controller or just a member server? Thanks
Member servers. Installing on DCs complicates recovery and failover to other DCs/GCs, not recommended. -- Bharat Suneja MVP - Exchange www.zenprise.com NEW blog location: exchangepedia.com/blog ---------------------------------------------- "ryne" wrote in message news:%232u$7W8KIHA.2064@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > Hello, > > I have a Standard Exchange Organization.
