Re: external offices
Just to be clear, at present the remote offices aren't connected by any WAN
links (VPN or otherwise) back to the main office?

If you want to place an Exchange server in each office you'll need establish
connectivity between them.

Re: external offices
I gathered that the plan is to use probably MPLS
the thing i'm more interested in is it wise to place an exchange server in
each country and how to sync them together or is there a better way.
each employee will get a .com email email address.
I'm looking for reading material on setting up exchange in a WAN
the pro's and con's server performance and network bandwidth usage
backup capabilities
