Cross Forest Migration
Hello guys, i need your confirmation on the following:

* OS used in the below scenario is windows 2003 enterprise
* Exchange used is a clustered exchange 2003

O.K here is my story:

I'm having 3 forests Foret A +Exchange, Foret B +Exchange, Foret C +Exchange
(different exchange Organizations serving different namespaces ex:
@dom1.com, @anotherdom.com.uk, @differentdom.net)
MY GOAL is: to unify the namespace by restructuring the AD hierarchy in
three forests to be child from a new domain called Forest.com+ Exchange.
so what i'm planning to do is as follow: (following will apply on each of
the forests).
1- Backup system State for current DCs for Rollback Plan.
2- ASR Backup for clustered Exchange + Exchange Data Store for rollback
plan.
3- Install the new Forest.com DC establish trust between each Forest and the
new one.
4- use ADMT for users Migration to the new Forest.com (also profiles, SIDs,
group memberships,...).
5- use GPMC for Group policy Migration to the new Forest.com.
6- rebuild the old DCs to be childs from the new domain.
7- Install a new Exchange Organization for the Forest.com empty Domain ( for
each forest will be child from this empty domain).
8- use Exmerge & (Active Directory Cleanup wizard - if needed) to migrate
users mailbox from the old exchange organization to the new one.
9- keep the old setup for couple of days or even a week to make sure that
everything is ok and then remove the old exchange servers.
10- change firewall configurations to point to the new exchange server and
open the required ports for the new exchange.
11- do i need to do any further configurations on the client side to
redirect them to the new exchange?
