ADC and ADMT   

Hi All

                I have migrated my users who are on Windows 2003 to a new 
Domain running Windows 2003 using ADMT.  Do I still need to run ADC to 
migrate the mailboxes?  Also do I have to have Exchange 2003 all setup 
before I can run ADC incase you all suggest it?  TIA
