What I am trying to do, is create a contact list that all of my users can access (i.e. click on the name and send an e-mail or see a phone number). For people that everyone sends to on a daily basis? I hope I am making sense here... I tried to set up a "contact" list in public folders but you can't get to it when sending a new message (without copying and pasting every address in). Thanks for any help you can give

What you're missing is on the client side. You need to add the PF to the "Outlook Address Book" in Outlook on the client. Your users will then be able to enter a partial name and the Alt/K in Outlook will search the PF as well as the main GAL and personal Contacts folder to resolve the address.
