Anybody have info on how to trace an email? We are unable to send emails to a specific domain (a vendor). We have contacted this vendor and they show that we are not on a blacklist and they have no log of our emails ever reaching them. We run a SBS 2003 server. I have looked in Exchange's Message Tracking Center but all I see is that the messages get queued for delivery then a Non-Delivered Report. How can I find where this is failing or details about the NDR? Thanks

What NDR do you receive when you send them a message? Are you having problems delivering to anyone else? You can enable SMTP logging & look at the logs to see the conversation - > > Thanks
The NDR is simply: Action: delayed Status: 4.4.7 Will-Retry-Until: next date/time No issues emailing other domains I did enable SMTP logging. I still don't see any specific details. How do you "see the conversation". I have tried Googling but maybe I am not using the correct terminology. Since this vendor says they show no log of the email reaching them, maybe their ISP is blocking us? Thanks for any help you can provide.
