The configuration is as follow Exchange 2003 SP2 Clustered backend Server NLB frontend server . FE and BE are separated by a firewall. The problem is accessing public folders through Front-end server' OWA . When using OWA via FE the user logs in and then clicking on public folders it gets the error "http1.1 503 service unavailable " As a test we did the following : - accessing OWA directly on the BE from inside's network. We can access the public folder without problems - accessing OWA directly on the BE from one of the FE host . We can access the public folder without problem - accessing OWA on the FE from one of the FE server ( pointing to itself/exchange ) . We can access OWA BUT NOT public folder . I've already checked some common KB , The IS is up and running . The services are running as local system . Any help is appreciated Thanks
