RE: OWA re-direct and Motorola Q sync problems
Ok, so I have solved the redirection problem so now anyone accessing
https://webmail.mycompany.com is able to get to /owa... However, I am still
seeing a problem connecting the Motorola Q phone via ActiveSync to Exchange
2007. I still get the same error on the phone in Active Sync
(Synchronization could not be completed. Try again later, Support code:
0x80070057). I am not sure what else needs to be done for the connection to
be established... I have installed the root certificate on the phone, made
sure that timeouts for the firewall are over 30 minutes, etc... When I look
at event viewer the only event I see for ActiveSync is ID: 1013 (which states
that MS ActiveSync has been loaded)... Help... :-)
