I have an exchange server 2007 and am trying to sync some Windows based phones. They are using Windows mobile 5 and 6. I can sync if I put the phone in the cradle and sync with the exchange server locally but cannot sync ota. I get the error 0x85010018. The IIS log files say the device is not provisioned. If I sync locally I can see the device is provisioned for that computer. I have ssl turned off until I can get this to work. I can access the webmail without issue using Outlook owa.
