Hello, I have a Back-End Exchange 2003 server that is running with two nic's. NIC1 is with an IP on LAN like 192.168.0.10 with Client/File and Printer Sharing for MS Networks NIC2 is with an IP on LAN like 192.168.0.11 (no gateway set) that is natted to an external IP address (registered on internet as MX1.DOMAIN.COM) without Client/File and Printer Sharing for MS Networks Two Virtual SMTP servers are running on it: VSMTP1 is listening on NIC1 and connected with Routing Group Connectors to other Back-Ends (FQDN is SERVER.LOCALDOMAIN.LOC for example) VSMTP2 is listening on NIC2 and connected with Internet Mail Connector (FQDN is MX1.DOMAIN.COM). I have no problem to receive mails from Internet but when sending to Internet, I get unable to relay 5.7.1. This can be fixed by granting relay to the whole subnet 19.2.168.x.x. Problem is that I have a lot of other subnets and some are in DMZ and cannot directly reach this server 192.168.0.11. Does anyone has an idea? A workaround?
