bigfish connectivity
Exchange 2003 SP2
Intelligent Message Filter Enabled
Message Delivery Deny from several IP ranges
Cisco ASA5510 with Trend Micro module
Tag as Spam but Deliver

We are having issues - sporadic issues - that include bigfish.com emails.
Below is the bounce back the sender received. Can I just add a wildcard
"accept" mail from *.bigfish.com in the accept to corrent these issues or is
there something more that I could investigate? If I have a specific ip range
blocked in the deny list, will the "Accept" list override that?

The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a
specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails,
contact your system administrator.

the initial SMTP greeting>
